iKey, Ltd. is the world's largest and leading manufacturer of rugged industrial keyboards and peripherals. iKey created the rugged keyboard and computer peripheral industry and has been successful and profitable for over 30 years. We have always been located in Austin, Texas-where we assemble our products. iKey sells its products in over 40 countries throughout the world while maintaining a small environment with a family atmosphere. Ikey is looking for a finance director with experience in manufacturing to lead and direct all aspects of the business' finance an accounting.
Qualification/Requirements include:
5 years' experience working in Finance in manufacturing companies; 5 years' experience and demonstrated expertise in using ERP system at 100%; Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; CPA; Ability to easily and confidently advise and communicate with busy active CEO; Engage actively with the company and with all of its personnel; Excellent communication, writing, managerial, organizational and people skills; Proven initiator, innovator and influencer who can drive change, improve processes, and provide sound solutions to complex and routine business issues; Prior experience in a fast paced, rapid change environment where priorities change regularly and where steady state is rarely achieved; Unquestioned integrity and moral character and fit iKey's high expectation; Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generate Daily Reports, including Sales Backlog, Incoming Orders, Sales MTD, Avg Ship Per Day and Working Days Daily Sales & Order Report; Generate Quarterly Reports, Handle Month End Close and General Ledger Reconciliation and Bank Account Reconciliation within ERP system; Handle all aspects of prepaid inventory; Create and maintain financial statements; Handle Freeport Exemption, Sales and Use Tax Remissions for applicable states; Advise CEO and Management Committee on all aspects of the company's finances; Responsible for tax related matters; Manage all banking relationships; Management of payroll and associated tax and benefits; Manage collections teams to ensure optimization of cash and reducing overdue receivables; Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes; Support the project management process, ensuring that project Management has up to date project costs and a comprehensive forecast of costs to complete on all projects; Timely and accurate reporting of financial performance for the business; Develop and implement critical, standardized performance measures to improve the financial performance of the site; and Supervise all aspects of accounts receivable procedures.
