Dallas, TX with U.S. TravelFounded in the United Kingdom and rapidly expanding across the United States, this advanced manufacturing organization operates a growing network of software-enabled precision manufacturing facilities focused on rebuilding industrial capacity through technology, automation, and manufacturing excellence. We employ a growing team of engineers, machinists, programmers, and manufacturing professionals across multiple domestic and international facilities and recently established a 25,000-square-foot Dallas-Fort Worth manufacturing facility that serves as a major hub for production, engineering, and operational expansion.

The Dallas operation supports high-precision CNC machining and advanced manufacturing for critical industries where quality, repeatability, and speed are essential. We support customers across aerospace, defense, energy, space systems, robotics, satellites, drones, nuclear technologies, and other advanced industrial sectors that require highly controlled manufacturing processes and rigorous quality systems.

The Operations Lead will own U.S. operational execution, leading the launch, standardization, and performance of manufacturing sites while driving adoption of the company's manufacturing operating system and operational best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the launch, stabilization, and operational ramp-up of new manufacturing sites across the United States while ensuring alignment with company standards and performance expectations.

Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on improving throughput, on-time delivery, quality, capacity utilization, and overall factory performance.

Implement and manage standardized operating procedures, KPI tracking, reporting systems, and performance management processes across multiple facilities.

Build, coach, and develop local leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational ownership.

Partner with executive leadership and global stakeholders to align operational strategy, manufacturing execution, reporting, and long-term growth initiatives.

Required and Preferred QualificationsProven experience leading manufacturing operations, industrial operations, plant management, production leadership, or multi-site manufacturing organizations.

Strong operational mindset with experience implementing KPIs, performance metrics, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to lead manufacturing teams, develop leaders, and drive operational accountability across multiple locations.

Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, production workflows, quality management, customer delivery metrics, and operational excellence principles.

Nice to have: Experience scaling manufacturing operations, implementing ERP or manufacturing execution systems, aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, Lean Manufacturing expertise, and multi-site operational leadership.
