As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of our production processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality building materials. This position provides an exceptional opportunity to grow within a globally recognized group and influence the daily operations at one of our key manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily plant operations and manage production schedules to meet supply demands. Monitor manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all safety and environmental guidelines. Coordinate with the Plant Manager in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Lead and develop a team of production staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and delivery of building materials. Prepare reports on production outcomes and process compliance for senior management. Assist in the maintenance of equipment and facilities, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure optimal operational conditions.
