The Opportunity As a Ready Mix Plant Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plants. This position is perfect for a results-driven leader who is passionate about quality control, operational efficiency, and team development. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations and optimize production processes of a dual plant location Lead and develop a high-performing team of operators and drivers. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance. Coordinate deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Construction Management or a related field (preferred). Technical Certifications in Ready-Mix Concrete Operations or similar areas are a plus. At least 5-7 years of experience in the concrete or construction industry, with 3+ years in a management role in ready-mix plant operations. Demonstrated experience with plant operations, batching systems, and quality control practices.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, quality control, and testing standards. Knowledge of plant equipment (mixers, silos, pumps, etc.) and maintenance protocols. Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations in the concrete industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office and plant management software (e.g., batching software, scheduling systems). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
