The Onsite Project Manager is a professional, exempt position, directly responsible to the Dean of Military Operations. The Onsite Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the government contract and shall act as central point of contact with the government.
Bachelor's Degree or higher from a US nationally or regionally accredited institution of higher education is required. Must have five years of program-management experience within the last 10 years. Eligible for coverage under CTC's commercial auto and other liability insurance policies.
- Ability to serve as the single point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR and to act with authority on daily contract matters.
- Ability to manage a deliverable schedule and meet submission deadlines (curriculum, key-personnel CVs, work plans, grade/certification reporting)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard reporting/records tools.
- Must have experience developing Program of Instructions, teaching plans, and evaluation procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication for Government reporting and progress meetings.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple lead instructors across concurrent cohorts and disciplines.
- Serves as the single point of contact between CTC and the Government (the Contracting Officer and COR) on all matters relating to the daily operation of the contract
- holds overall responsibility for delivering the emergent-technology education for Additive Manufacturing.
- Responsible for the implementation, development, and presentation of the courses of instruction in compliance with the policies of the contract.
- Conducts evaluation of instructional services.
- Ensures that all contractual standards are maintained.
- Establishes and maintains a Quality Control Plan to ensure the requirements of the contract are provided as specified by the government contract.
- Updates plan as needed. Establishes a Safety Program for all employees.
- Enforces the daily practice of good safety rules and accident prevention.
- Schedules and conducts pre-service and in-service training as mandated by Central Texas College and government directives.
