+ Excellent Benefits About the Opportunity Enhanced Staffing is recruiting for a Plant Manager to lead the startup, operational buildout, and long-term production leadership of a new state-of-the-art precast manufacturing facility currently being developed in the Forth Worth area. This facility will support the rapidly growing data center construction market throughout the Southwest and nationally, supplying structural and architectural precast systems for hyperscale and mission-critical infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a proven manufacturing operations leader who thrives in building teams, driving operational excellence, and scaling production within complex industrial environments. Position Summary The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, safety, quality, maintenance, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within precast concrete, heavy manufacturing, structural concrete, or industrial production environments. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, project management, quality, and field operations teams to ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards while supporting aggressive growth in the data center sector. Responsibilities Lead startup and operational execution of a new precast manufacturing facility Build and develop high-performing production, maintenance, and operations teams Oversee daily plant operations including production, scheduling, quality, safety, maintenance, and logistics Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives Establish KPIs and operational metrics for plant performance, labor utilization, throughput, and quality Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards Manage plant staffing, workforce planning, training, and employee development Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support production planning and delivery schedules Oversee maintenance strategies for equipment reliability and facility uptime Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Support manufacturing scalability to meet growing demand from hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence Partner with executive leadership on long-term operational strategy and facility growth Qualifications 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in precast concrete, concrete products, steel fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or heavy production environments Prior Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Senior Production leadership experience required Strong experience managing large production teams in fast-paced manufacturing operations Experience with startup facilities, plant expansions, or greenfield operations strongly preferred Knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes highly preferred Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred Strong operational leadership, budgeting, staffing, and process improvement background Proven ability to drive safety, quality, and production performance Excellent communication and leadership skills Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $160,000 - $200,000 base salary Performance-based bonus program Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company contribution PTO and paid holidays Long-term growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding organization Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a major strategic expansion initiative Industry Focus This facility will support some of the most advanced and rapidly growing data center developments in North America, manufacturing structural and architectural precast systems for hyperscale and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
