Opportunity to work with a well established general contractor in the nation Be able to work on cutting-edge projects with innovative technology About Our Client This established design-build contractor has been operating for +60 years and specializes in manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution centers, corporate interiors, and other commercial construction projects. The company provides integrated design, construction management, and general contracting services, delivering complex industrial and commercial developments across the United States. Job Description Experience managing large-scale manufacturing and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Strong ability to lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining schedule and budget goals. Extensive knowledge of industrial construction methods, safety standards, and quality requirements. Proven track record of mitigating project risks, resolving complex challenges, and driving successful project outcomes. Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and drive collaboration across all project stakeholders.
