Opportunity to work with a well established general contractor in the nation Join a company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects About Our Client This established design-build contractor has been operating for +60 years and specializes in manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution centers, corporate interiors, and other commercial construction projects. The company provides integrated design, construction management, and general contracting services, delivering complex industrial and commercial developments across the United States. Job Description Provide overall field leadership for industrial and manufacturing construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery. Manage and coordinate all on-site subcontractor activities to maintain schedule and production goals. Enforce project safety programs, quality standards while ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Lead field problem-solving efforts, coordinate with project management teams, and drive resolution of complex construction issues. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners, fostering collaboration and successful project outcomes. Ability to lead project teams while maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Thorough understanding of industrial safety regulations and enforcement of project protocols. Strong problem-solving skills to address complex construction challenges and keep projects on schedule. Excellent communication and leadership abilities for effective coordination with clients, contractors, and project teams.
