Operations Manager Design To Print is a growing, full-service grand-format printing and fabrication company with operations in St. George, Utah, and Las Vegas, Nevada. We create large-scale trade show displays, event experiences, graphics, custom fabrication, and installations for clients across the country. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead and coordinate our two manufacturing operations. This key leadership role will oversee production planning, scheduling, workflow, logistics, installations, labor efficiency, and operational performance while working closely with Production, Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Executive Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate operations across both locations Oversee production planning, scheduling, capacity, workflow, logistics, and installations Improve labor efficiency, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities Monitor operational KPIs, equipment utilization, waste, and labor Identify problems early and implement practical, lasting solutions Help drive a consistent, accountable, and scalable operating environment

Qualifications:

5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience Previous management or supervisory experience required Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience with production planning, KPIs, process improvement, and cost reduction preferred Multi-location operations experience preferred Printing, graphics, signage, or related industry experience is a plus This is an active, hands-on leadership position requiring regular work in both St. George, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada.
