Your daily mission includes:

Operational Leadership:

Translate complex customer demands into executable production plans while maintaining a high-energy presence on the shop floor.

Strategic Growth:

Lead the industrialization and ramp-up of our site, partnering with Engineering to implement new technologies and best practices.

People Development:

Build, coach, and empower a high-performing team. You will foster a culture of accountability, cross-training, and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Champion Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and optimize flow, cycle times, and ergonomics.

Safety & Quality Champion:

Serve as a visible leader for EHS and Quality, ensuring our \
