As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production schedules and optimal resource utilizationLead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentImplement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standardsAnalyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safetyParticipate in strategic planning to align manufacturing goals with organizational objectivesManage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to optimize production flowTroubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutionsStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processesQualifications3 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven track record of successfully leading and motivating manufacturing teamsStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practicesExperience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationProficiency in project management and production planning toolsSolid understanding of quality control systems and safety standards in manufacturingExperience with supply chain management and inventory controlDemonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insightsVisionary mindset with a passion for driving innovation in manufacturing processesAdditional InformationAt National Vision, we reward hard work with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family now and in the future.
