2991422854-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Production Manager at Cargill, you will lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You'll manage production teams, optimize line performance, and drive continuous improvement using lean tools. Partnering with quality, maintenance, and supply chain, you will align schedules, minimize downtime, and uphold strict safety and food quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily plant production to meet safety, quality, and output targets Lead, coach, and schedule production teams across shifts Implement and sustain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and adjust plans to improve performance Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards Coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Align production plans with supply chain, inventory, and customer demand Manage production budgets, costs, and resource utilization Drive standard operating procedures and best practices across lines Support talent development, training, and an inclusive, safety-first culture Required Skills Production planning Lean manufacturing Continuous improvement (Kaizen) Quality control and assurance Safety and regulatory compliance Team leadership and coaching Data analysis and KPIs Maintenance coordination ERP/MRP systems Budgeting and cost control
