3005090731-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale cloud programs for AWS Manufacturing customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, define technical roadmaps, and manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions on AWS. Responsibilities include translating customer and business needs into scalable architectures, managing schedules and risks, and ensuring high-quality launches. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders, using data to make decisions in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment while mentoring teams on best practices. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex AWS programs for manufacturing customers Define technical roadmaps and requirements in partnership with engineering and product teams Manage program scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Translate customer and business needs into scalable, secure AWS architectures Establish and track program metrics, using data to drive decisions and trade-offs Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including sales, solutions architects, and operations Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and launch quality Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior and executive stakeholders Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and operational excellence standards Mentor teams on technical program management best practices Required Skills Technical program management Cloud architecture (AWS) Agile / Scrum Roadmap planning Risk and dependency management Data analysis and metrics Stakeholder management Requirements gathering Manufacturing industry solutions Technical documentation
