Our client is currently seeking a Senior Plant Manager for their manufacturing facility in northern Washington.

Salary:

$170,000 - $200,000 + 25% Bonus

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or food production leadership experience Proven success leading multi-department plant operations and achieving productivity, quality, and financial targets Experience managing budgets, capital investments, and operational performance metrics Strong knowledge of USDA regulations, compliance, and workforce management practices Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams

Responsibilities:
