Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Plant Manager for their manufacturing facility in northern Washington.
Salary:
$170,000 - $200,000 + 25% Bonus

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or food production leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-department plant operations and achieving productivity, quality, and financial targets
  • Experience managing budgets, capital investments, and operational performance metrics
  • Strong knowledge of USDA regulations, compliance, and workforce management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day processing operations across multiple functional areas
  • Drive safety, quality, yield, cost, and customer service performance
  • Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability
  • Partner with support functions to achieve business objectives and strengthen employee engagement
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety standards are consistently met
  • Coach and develop plant leadership while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
