Overview The Plant Manager Fabrication Operations is a Manager role and reports directly to the Director of Operations. The role is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, and functional performance of a Fabrication Facility (Shop). A Manager Fabrication Operations provides leadership to all professional, staff and production personnel in order to communicate strategic plans that support the organization's mission and goals. The role establishes facility financial budgets and manage both project financial costs and facility overhead budgets. Responsible for all shop fabrication activities, and coordination with accounting, billing, contract administration, equipment, government compliance, human resources, procurement, project controls, and project management personnel to ensure production effectiveness, efficiency and compliance.
