$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Job Overview Luxury Bath of Seattle is seeking an organized, results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure remodeling projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role works closely with installation teams, vendors, and customers to ensure a smooth project experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the scheduling of bath remodeling projects. Oversee installation crews and monitor project progress. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards. Manage ordering and delivery of materials. Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and updates. Conduct quality control inspections and resolve issues as needed. Maintain production schedules and project documentation. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in production management, project management, construction management, or home improvement operations. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
