Senior Culinary Operations Manager Salary $100K - $115K base + BONUS The Role The Sr. Culinary Operations Manager is a floor-first leader — someone who owns the full rhythm of a high-volume production kitchen and knows how to build a team that runs without being watched. You'll oversee recipe consistency, production flow, food safety, quality control, packaging, and allergy-meal execution across a fast-moving, chef-forward operation. Day to day, you're the operational backbone that makes the chef community's work possible, a true partner and ally to the chefs you support, not just the person enforcing the rules. If you've spent your career building systems in production kitchens, leading hourly teams through real complexity, and you still want to be close to the food this is the role. What You'll Own Full operational leadership of Kitchen operations hands-on, every day Recipe accuracy, production execution, food safety, and QC across all menu items Allergy-meal packaging and execution Coaching and developing a team of associates and supervisors: training, performance, growth Weekly and monthly financial reporting labor, food cost, forecasting, and revenue Smallwares inventory and kitchen readiness A kitchen culture that's safe, compliant, and genuinely good to work in Who We're Looking For 5+ years running a high-volume production kitchen, commissary, catering or food manufacturing environment We are not looking for a Executive Chef You've owned the numbers and the food: labor, food cost, quality, safety — all at once, in the same job Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and hands-on compliance experience (Food Handlers License required) Bilingual — Spanish fluency is required.
