You will oversee production teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure delivery on safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Partnering closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain, you'll optimize processes, implement lean tools, and support sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets Manage and develop production teams through coaching and performance feedback Drive continuous improvement using lean and problem-solving methodologies Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources to meet customer demand Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and regulations Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain on new products and processes Support sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives in production areas Optimize use of equipment, tooling, and technology on the shop floor Report operational results and improvement plans to leadership Required Skills Manufacturing operations management Lean manufacturing Continuous improvement (Kaizen) Production scheduling and planning Quality control and root cause analysis Data-driven KPI management ERP/MRP systems Team leadership and coaching Safety and regulatory compliance Project management
