Exempt Job Summary Keiding is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Production Manager to lead production operations at either our K1 or K2 plant, while coordinating and scheduling production across both facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to support productivity, cost reduction, and company growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all production activities at one Keiding plant to ensure operational efficiency and performance Develop and oversee production schedules across both K1 and K2 plants to meet customer demand Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and staff Negotiate supplier contracts and oversee procurement of raw materials Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and quality across all operations Job Duties Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, and leadership Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of materials Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Experience with production planning and multi-site scheduling Proven negotiation and vendor management skills Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and organizational skills Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive manufacturing or production leadership experience Experience with supplier negotiations and raw material purchasing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred Travel Requirements Minimal travel between K1 and K2 plant locations as needed Why Join Keiding?
