Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production streams, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive the success of our plant. Duties Manage and coordinate all aspects of production stream management to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Oversee daily plant operations, including production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to achieve production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Develop budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the plant. Skills Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial management, with a focus on production stream management. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance. Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems and reporting tools. Commitment to fostering a safe work environment and promoting team development.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
