Job Description

Role Summary Based in West Salem, WI, we are looking for a focused and meticulous Manufacturing Production Control Manager to lead our production control functions. You will play a key part in maintaining the seamless and effective performance of our manufacturing activities. We invite candidates who enjoy refining production workflows and possess strong analytical skills to apply. Key Duties Create and execute production plans that satisfy client requirements while making the best use of available resources. Oversee manufacturing activities and modify timelines as required to reduce idle time and boost overall output. Work alongside departments like engineering, quality, and supply chain to help maintain a smooth operational flow for the entire organization. Evaluate manufacturing statistics and key performance indicators to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities for operational growth. Guide and coach a group of production control staff to help cultivate a workplace environment centered on ongoing advancement. Oversee stock levels and work with the purchasing department to guarantee that essential materials are available when needed. Generate and deliver summaries regarding manufacturing output to executive leadership. Maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by ensuring all production activities adhere to established safety and quality protocols. Requirements Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. At least five years of professional background in manufacturing leadership or production control. Comprehensive grasp of inventory control and production scheduling concepts. Skilled in the operation of MRP platforms and manufacturing software. Strong capabilities in troubleshooting and data analysis. Proven capacity to lead and manage personnel effectively. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of succeeding in a high-energy, changing environment. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes paired with high-level supervisory and interpersonal expertise. Independent, proactive, and focused on achieving outcomes.
