Job Description
Plant Manager Sistersville, WV Precision International LLC is currently searching for a full-time Plant Manager to be responsible for operations of the manufacturing facility. We were founded in 1958 and have continued to fulfill metal fabrication needs by creating a professional and experienced team that is driven by customer satisfaction. We are a full-service, custom metals fabricator that works primarily with steel, aluminum and copper. What can we offer YOU?

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred 10 plus years of "hands-on" management experience running a small/medium sized manufacturing operation CWI preferred (oversee enforcement of welding procedures and development as needed) Familiarity with the mechanical/electrical workings of various types of equipment utilized in a manufacturing operation (foundry is a plus) Responsibilities Ensure that plant is orderly and a safe working environment Provide leadership, motivation and information to all assigned personnel. In conjunction with company officers, develops company policy/ practices and ensures effective administration Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and with issued permits for operation Provide the monthly production plan in conjunction with Executive Management- assist in product costing and market pricing Ensure that training occurs on a routine basis in production skills, safety, environmental responsibilities, and in preventive and repair maintenance Seeks cost-effective improvements in equipment and practices to achieve a high standard of product and operational quality Provides education and training opportunities in order to keep hourly and supervisory personnel current with best practices, effective equipment, and efficient manufacturing Maintain the Quality Assurance System- responsible for revision to the manual and ensure auditing of Quality Assurance Manage Corrective Actions from initiation through verification Prepare quality plans and procedures as needed Ensure that product and process quality meet and exceeds customer expectations while leading the development of an efficient and effective organization Perform all other duties assigned Does this sound like the position for you?
