Job Description
This individual will perform Weekly Plant Manager duties to ensure laundry facility is running smoothly, making sure all plant staff employees are completing tasks, product is being clean, packaged properly, prepared for delivery. All conducted in a timely manner meeting the needs of customers. This individual will also need to know all the employee plant functions and be able to fill as needed. This individual will need to be able communicate clearly with employees as well as upper management, and maintenance staff. Organization Skill are a must; must be able to ensure all product is available on the time needed. The prime candidate for this position will have a fundamental understanding of laundry plant operations.
