Job Description

One of my best clients is searching for a Production Supervisor for their third shift. Their facility is in Northeast Alabama and in a very rural part of the state. This position will oversee 20 nonunion associates and lead the night shift operation. They are looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment. They are looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Production Supervisor to join their team on 3rd shift and help drive excellence, safety, and efficiency in their meat processing operations. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support a team of production associates on 3rd shift Ensure production goals for quality, yield, and throughput are consistently met Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards Coordinate staffing, workflow, and daily shift activities Communicate clearly across departments and with team members in both English and Spanish Promote a positive, safe, and respectful work environment What They Are Looking For Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Strong understanding of safety, HACCP, and USDA guidelines Ability to work independently on 3rd shift and make sound decisions Reliable, organized, and committed to continuous improvement
