What they do
A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description
Dates are still being confirmed. Either 8/28-8/30 or 9/5-9/7. Looking for a Field Production Coordinator to be on set to assist with the following:
General PC duties for Field Shoot
Make sure crew is following safety guidelines on set
Flag Production issues to Show LP & PM
Driving gear & crew to/from locations Prep/Send Call Sheets Managing Field Production Assistant duties
Ensure lunch is ordered and on time
Ensure crafty, water & set supplies are available to crew
Make sure Photo Stills are being taken by the camera department
Ensuring delivery of Shuttle/Master drives from shoots to office Reconciling PC after shoots
Obtaining appearance releases for background persons in shots (locations should mostly be pre-released)
Ensuring releases are returned to office after shoot
Make sure releases and Hazardous forms are being collected in the field, uploaded to the drive
Gathering Field Timecards on a weekly basis, coding and PDF for LP review
