Drive Results. Are you a hands-on production leader who knows how to keep a plant running efficiently, a team accountable, and product quality on point? We're looking for a Production Supervisor who can lead from the floor, solve problems in real time, and deliver results in a fast-paced food processing environment. This is an opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader who understands that production is about more than meeting a schedule. It takes strong leadership, consistent food safety practices, quality control, and the ability to get the best out of a team.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Production Performance:

  Coordinate people, materials, and equipment to meet daily production goals, schedules, and quality standards.

• Team Leadership:

  Direct daily activities, coach employees, address performance issues, and build a team that takes pride in its work.

• Food Safety & Quality:

  Enforce SOPs, HACCP principles, food safety requirements, product traceability, and quality control procedures.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Maintain OSHA standards and company safety policies while ensuring proper equipment operation and PPE use.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot problems, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

• Inventory & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate production records, inventory scans, performance metrics, and required documentation.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Procurement, Distribution, and Management to keep operations on track.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, food safety, quality control, and production procedures.
• Experience managing employees, production schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and production tracking systems.
• A hands-on leadership style, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accountability.

An associate degree, applied science background, or process operations management certification is a plus.

THE WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is an active production role requiring extended periods of standing and walking, working around machinery, and handling materials as needed. The environment is cool and wet, with freezer work as required. Appropriate PPE must be worn.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary:

  $65,000
• 75,000, depending on experience
• Benefits package
