ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee shift performance, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met while supporting ProAmpac's innovative, sustainability-focused mission. You will coordinate staffing and machine assignments, troubleshoot issues, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor will coach and develop operators, promote a safety-first culture, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to deliver on customer expectations. Responsibilities Lead daily production shift to meet safety, quality, and output targets Assign work, monitor machine performance, and resolve production issues Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks Train, coach, and evaluate production operators and leads Monitor material usage, waste, and line efficiency; implement improvements Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning to minimize downtime Review production reports and maintain accurate shift documentation Support continuous improvement, 5 S, and lean manufacturing initiatives Required Skills Production supervision Manufacturing operations Lean manufacturing Continuous improvement Safety compliance Quality control Schedule and staffing coordination Root cause analysis Data and production reporting ERP or MES systems
