Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating production activities, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and leading the production team to ensure that work is completed in alignment with company procedures, quality expectations, and production goals. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. Job Responsibilities Coordinate, assign, and supervise daily production tasks to meet operational requirements Establish work schedules and procedures in coordination with other departments Plan production activities and optimize labor utilization while maintaining compliance with procedures, policies, regulations, and budget expectations Train and support production employees on job duties, safety standards, and company policies Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and accountability Support daily and periodic raw material inventory activities needed for production continuity Provide accurate production information to support shipping and related operational activities Help develop, document, and update production procedures and work instructions Prepare, review, and follow up on production reports, investigations, and work orders Manage production non-conformities, complete documentation, and drive quality follow-up actions Address production issues and help resolve problems affecting employees, workflow, or output Promote workplace safety by supporting health and safety standards and ensuring follow-through within the department Ensure new employees receive the safety equipment and resources required to perform their roles Prepare documentation required to support daily production activities Enter, verify, and maintain accurate production data and records Qualifications Background in business administration, production management, or a related field At least 4 years of experience in a related production or manufacturing environment Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of autonomy Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Business Central and Power BI is a plus

Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:
