We're looking for an experienced and motivated Integrated Feed Mill Manager to take full ownership of our single-location operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily production, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards in safety, maintenance, and efficiency. Feed Mill does require relocation to Midwest! Oversee Daily Operations:

Manage all aspects of feed mill production to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time output

Lead & Develop Team Members:

Supervise, train, and support employees while fostering a positive, accountable work environment

Ensure Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a safe workplace and ensure adherence to all regulatory and company safety standards

Manage Maintenance Programs:

Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

Drive Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall performance

Coordinate Across Functions:

Work closely with ownership and other stakeholders to align production with business goals Why Join Us?

$75,000-$100,000 salary based on experience
