Position Title :

Production Supervisor(Assembly Line) ■

General Responsibilities :

Production Management:

Operate assembly lines in accordance with daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and ensure production targets are met.

Quality Management:

Reduce defects during the assembly process and maintain established quality standards.

Workforce Management:

Manage attendance, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.

Process Improvement:

Improve operational efficiency through line balancing and the elimination of waste and inefficiencies. ■

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred Experienced in manufacturing, automotive supplier environment preferred Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication
