• Stay actively involved in day-to-day production Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment Hold employees accountable for safety, attendance, performance, quality, and workplace policies Monitor production goals, workflow, downtime, and shift performance Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues
• Work alongside the production team when needed What do you bring?

Manufacturing or production experience Previous leadership experience preferred Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Production Lead, Lead Operator, or similar role is a plus Strong communication and people skills Comfortable holding employees accountable and having difficult but respectful conversations Willing to lead from the production floor and work alongside the team.
