Production Manager Purpose:

The Supervisor communicates daily with the Production Manager about issues in their departments, absentees, and making sure the product they send out is the best quality. The Supervisors also upholds the company's core values and make sure each employee is wearing all the PPE required. The Supervisor stays in the department for the most part to where if there is a problem occurs they will be there to attack it.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

Communicating with the Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager on issues within their department. Manage the department making sure each employee is Work Ready. Maintaining 5S throughout the department. Communicating with their employees daily about production issues. Following up on any changes to ensure all has been corrected.

Requirements:

Must be able to be Professional and approach all situations with an open mind. Must be willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and standards. Must have good judgement, have solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask. Communication and leadership skills. Regular attendance and being on time. Excellent teamwork. Tiffin prefers prior experience. We will train the right individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic and can adhere to quality standards, policies, and work safely.
