A defense manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day to day operations within a fast paced production and blending environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on leadership, process improvement, and playing a direct role in the quality and output of mission critical products.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

Analyze work orders to build production and blend schedules that meet internal and external timelines Plan material flow and equipment layout to support efficient production Interpret job orders, assign duties, and direct daily activities of production staff Oversee equipment setup and operation to meet department objectives Train and develop technicians, leads, and operators on safety, procedures, and equipment Investigate manufacturing issues, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Monitor lab and quality results to ensure processes stay within specification Coordinate with other departments to align on scheduling and resource needs Maintain accurate production, safety, and statistical records

Production Supervisor Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of related supervisory or production oversight experience Background in chemistry or quality is a plus
