: ——Has to have Spray Foam experience——- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Spray Foam Supervisor to lead our upcoming spray foam insulation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive process efficiency within our manufacturing and installation facilities. As a key leader, you will coordinate teams, manage equipment, and uphold high standards of quality to deliver exceptional results on schedule. Duties Supervise spray foam production and application teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards Coordinate with management to plan daily workflows and allocate resources effectively Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed, including proper handling of heavy equipment and materials Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions to guide team activities Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and work areas to maintain safety standards and operational efficiency Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing lean manufacturing practices Skills

SPRAY FOAM EXPERIENCE

Pay:
