SUMMARY:

The Feed Mill Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the team charged with the production of high-quality feed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but are not limited to, the following: Supervises the production activities of feed mill team members. Oversees feed ingredient sampling. Verifies weights on incoming ingredients and reports any discrepancies. Helps staff and train mill team members.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will have supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Required High School Diploma 3+ years of experience in feed mill operations in progressively responsible positions OR Bachelor's Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, or related field Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Preferred Previous supervisory experience.
