Job Description

Arconic is currently in search of an to join our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Chandler, AZ. Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire your team to work safely and efficiently. Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans. Drive root-cause problem solving to prevent recurrence. Champion safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards. Communicate effectively across teams and departments. Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts constructively. Maintain visual management systems and ensure operational excellence.
