Phoenix, AZ Pay Range:
$45-$50/hr. What's the Job?- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Sheet Metal crews across multiple commercial job sites.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure quality installations and compliance with project requirements.
- Schedule manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve field issues.
- Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and quality control measures while conducting regular job site inspections. What's Needed?
- Minimum 8 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience, including at least 3 years in a foreman or leadership role.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously for a large-scale contractor.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal systems, installation methods, blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; OSHA 30 Certification preferred. What's in it for me?
