Salary:

75K to 87K DOE with Bonus A growing manufacturing company in the Goodyear area is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations in a fast-paced plant environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive safety, quality, productivity, accountability, and team performance while keeping production on schedule. This opportunity is ideal for a supervisor who knows how to lead from the floor, coach hourly teams, solve problems quickly, and partner cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead daily operations for a production team in alignment with safety, quality, and output goals Coordinate workflow, staffing, and shift priorities to meet production schedules Coach, train, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance standards Address production, personnel, maintenance, safety, and quality issues in real time Maintain accurate shift reporting, production summaries, and time and attendance documentation Support a clean, safe, and policy-compliant work environment Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation Communicate priorities clearly and work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure shift success

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of manufacturing experience 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong experience leading hourly production teams Ability to coach performance, build accountability, and maintain team engagement Hands-on familiarity with machinery, automation, and plant operations Comfortable using Microsoft Office and plant-related systems for reporting, attendance, and inventory tracking Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and lead through change Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Technical field, or related discipline preferred

Work Environment:

Manufacturing plant setting Must be comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts Role requires time on the production floor, including standing and walking for much of the shift PPE required What's In It for
