Job Title PEMB Foreman Job Post Summary Seeking an experienced, hands-on PEMB Foreman to lead daily field operations for pre-engineered metal building construction projects. The Foreman will supervise erection crews and subcontractors, coordinate jobsite activities, interpret erection/shop drawings, maintain safety and quality standards, manage sequencing and materials, and communicate progress with project management. This is a field-based, working leadership position requiring the ability to work on the ground, lifts, and elevated surfaces. Job Roles and Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily PEMB erection activities and related trades. Supervise field crews and subcontractors. Oversee erection of structural steel and metal building components. Install and supervise installation of metal roofing and wall systems. Oversee insulation installation. Read and interpret PEMB shop drawings, erection drawings, and specifications. Coordinate work sequencing and maintain project schedules. Conduct daily jobsite meetings and toolbox talks. Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety requirements. Monitor quality of installation and correct deficiencies. Coordinate material deliveries, handling, storage, and installation. Verify subcontractor scope and performance. Communicate project progress, delays, manpower requirements, and issues to the Project Manager. Maintain daily reports and progress documentation. Coordinate inspections and punch-list completion. Work hands-on with the crew when required. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. Qualifications and Certifications Mandatory 5+ years of Foreman-level experience in PEMB/metal building construction preferred by the client. At least 2-3 years of direct

erection or metal-cladding experience as a laborer, foreman, superintendent, or similar field role. Strong commercial steel erection experience. Experience with PEMB steel framing, metal roofing, wall panels, and insulation. Ability to read and interpret erection/shop drawings. Proven crew leadership and jobsite coordination experience. OSHA 30-hour certification. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures. Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Comfortable working from lifts and elevated surfaces. Able to pass required background and drug screening. Preferred First Aid/CPR. Aerial/scissor lift certifications. MSHA, where applicable. Construction management or technical education.
