Blade Operator/Foreman Part-Time | Hourly + Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced Blade Operator/Foreman to lead a crew while performing fine grading and site work. This role is key to ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Operating motor grader for fine grading and site prep Reading plans, grade stakes, and project specifications Leading and coordinating daily crew activities Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site Completing daily logs, paperwork, and time tracking Communicating with management and inspectors Qualifications 3+ years of blade operating experience Foreman or leadership experience preferred Ability to read plans and understand grading Strong tech competency (apps, digital reporting, etc.) Ability to stay organized and turn in accurate, timely paperwork Strong leadership and communication skills
