We build doors that people live with for decades, and we care about doing it safely, consistently, and better each quarter. What This Job Is Really Like You will be on the floor and on your feet for most of the day. This is not an office role. Our plant is not climate controlled. Summer afternoons on the floor run 90 degrees and above. Order flow varies. The mix changes daily, and you will re-plan and re-sequence work on the fly rather than working from a fixed schedule handed to you. We run lean. There is no staff group to hand problems to ? you and your team solve them. The work is physical, fast, and hands-on. The people who do well here like it that way. If that sounds like the environment you want, keep reading. If it does not, we would rather you know now than find out in month three.
