• Floor Operations oversees daily plant floor activities, focusing on team leadership, accountability, and efficient execution.

Job Description:

Floor Leadership & Team Management Supervise production staff and line leads, ensuring clear direction and accountability Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and escalations Address performance, attendance, and conduct issues in a timely, professional manner Promote a respectful, team-focused, and accountable workplace culture Manage staffing levels and adjust labor allocation as needed throughout the shift Daily Production Execution Drive efficient, on-time execution of production schedules Track line performance, downtime, and overall productivity metrics Troubleshoot workflow disruptions and implement real-time solutions Maintain clear communication with scheduling, QA, and leadership on production status Lead or support daily production meetings and shift handoffs Floor Oversight & Operational Control Maintain an active, consistent presence on the production floor Monitor workflows and proactively resolve inefficiencies or bottlenecks Ensure team members are properly trained, positioned, and executing assigned tasks Uphold structure, consistency, and operational standards across all areas Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with technical production leads, including the Senior Production Specialist, to support operations Work closely with QA to ensure food safety and quality compliance Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to meet fulfillment timelines Escalate maintenance and equipment issues as needed Safety & Compliance Enforce safety standards, GMPs, and company policies Respond to, document, and follow up on incidents and workplace concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready production environment Continuous Improvement Identify recurring operational or personnel challenges and help implement solutions Optimize labor utilization and improve floor organization Support the rollout of new processes, equipment, and operational initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of current experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment (food preferred but not required) Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of accountability and decision-making ability Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Apply Here #2336
