Job Overview We are seeking a Chemical Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our Manufacturing Facility, ensuring efficient processes and effective management of inventory and supplies. Responsibilities

• Manage materials, supplies and inventory within the facility
• Supervise production staff and provide guidance as needed
• Assist in budgeting and cost control measures
• Verifying that the operators comply with safety, quality, manufacturing and housekeeping standards
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment
• Supervise shop floor activity, including daily schedules and workflow Requirements
• A self-motivated individual that can motivate, mentor, and train others
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• 1 plus years supervisory experience in production and operations
• Proficiency in inventory and management techniques

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
