standards and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Job Responsibilities Lead daily production operations for custom and pre-configured gaming computer assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping.- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and Assembly Technicians.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the operational leader for IDC Made's
ISO 9001
Quality Management System (QMS).- Lead audits, CAPA programs, process documentation, and compliance activities.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and component availability. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of production/manufacturing leadership experience.
- 5+ years managing supervisors and production teams.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT computer assembly, or technology products preferred.
- Proven
