City of Industry, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $6,000 - $7,000 a month 16 hours ago Qualifications Warehouse management system Production management software Team management Managing manufacturing teams SaaS Full Job Description The factory runs a two‑shift system. Candidates shall accept rotating shifts (rotated every half‑month or one month).
Morning shift:
7:00‑15:30; Afternoon shift: 15:30‑24:00. Working 6 days a week with rotating rest days. Salary is tax‑declared. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English Job Responsibilities Manage daily production‑line operations and manpower scheduling to ensure efficient line performance. Arrange production according to production plans to meet output and delivery deadlines. Monitor on‑site compliance with SOPs, and control product quality and process standards. Provide on‑the‑job training and skill guidance for new hires. Address production, equipment and quality abnormalities; escalate issues timely and follow up on resolutions. Manage workshop site conditions to maintain a safe, clean and orderly working environment. Complete team attendance tracking, performance records and shift reports. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with warehouse, equipment and other departments. Job Requirements College diploma or above. Prior hands‑on manufacturing shop‑floor experience is preferred; minimum 1‑year team‑leading experience is a plus. Candidates with warehouse management experience will also be considered. Practical experience with SaaS, ERP and WMS systems. Solid knowledge of production workflows, quality control and on‑site workshop management. Good communication and team‑management skills. Strong execution and sense of responsibility; willing to work shift schedules. Proficiency in basic Excel and production‑report preparation is preferred.
