Pay range : $75,000-$95,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations. This role oversees production lines and employees to meet safety, quality, and output goals. The supervisor coaches Line Leads and Production Operators, coordinates with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning, and ensures work follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Key Responsibilities Supervise Line Leads and Production Operators during the third shift. Coordinate staffing, line readiness, setups, changeovers, and daily production priorities. Monitor output, downtime, labor, and waste; document results and help identify the causes of performance issues. Train and coach employees on safe work practices, quality requirements, SOPs, and GMPs. Inspect production lines for safety, sanitation, and quality compliance. Work with Quality and Maintenance to resolve production issues and support investigations of deviations or safety incidents. Maintain accurate production records and communicate priorities and unresolved issues during shift handoffs. Support improvements in safety, efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or an FDA-regulated environment is preferred. Experience leading production teams and applying GMP and workplace safety standards. Strong communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage changing priorities and work across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems. Physical Demands and Work Environment This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, as well as bending, reaching, using stairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Work takes place on a manufacturing floor with exposure to machinery, noise, and cleaning chemicals. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn.
