This role is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are consistently achieved. The Production Supervisor provides frontline leadership to production teams by coordinating workflow, driving continuous improvement, maintaining equipment and process standards, and fostering a positive, accountable work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in manufacturing, values operational excellence, and takes pride in developing high-performing teams while producing industry-leading products. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure manufacturing schedules, quality standards, and operational targets are achieved. Organize, coordinate, and monitor workflow to maximize efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery performance. Communicate production expectations clearly and hold team members accountable for performance, safety, quality, and attendance standards. Train, mentor, and develop employees to strengthen technical capability, teamwork, and overall performance. Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, safe work practices, and all environmental and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization. Monitor production metrics and shift performance, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and inefficiencies. Coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and production priorities to meet changing operational demands. Maintain high product quality standards through consistent enforcement of manufacturing procedures and quality control processes. Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and coordinate repairs or preventative maintenance as needed. Foster strong employee relations and maintain effective working relationships with union employees and representatives while adhering to the collective bargaining agreement. Investigate and resolve employee concerns, operational issues, and performance challenges in a timely and professional manner. Support cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, customer service, and leadership teams. Prepare and communicate shift summaries, production reports, labor utilization data, and operational updates. Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance. Follow Compliance requirements per
