Summary:

Supervises daily food production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in accordance with company standards, food safety requirements, and production schedules. Provides directions to production employees and monitors processes, equipment, quality, and productivity. Job Description Assistant Manager assistant, report and advise any abnormal production issue to Assistant Manager. Follow the production direction and control the section as required. Monitoring workers at the job station during lunch and break time. Ensure workers followed safety rules. Direct report the abnormal activity in the Production Manger if need. Inputting production data to NetSuite system, DBS system and Production loss record. Helping Production Manager in the facility during State of emergency, such as limitations of sewage and winter storm shutdown. To start up the production line and shut down the production line. Supervise Production Leader. Daily production document check Monitoring and advising staff Worker's training Production output notification Contamination Analysis /Cleaning schedule Loss production control to prevent loss of product in daily activities. Complete Production schedule to Fulfill Sales Order. Other duties will be assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of manufacturing experience -Food manufacturing preferred OSHA 10 Certification Required ERP system experience required; NetSuite or SAP preferred Knowledge of production equipment across all production lines Forklift operation experience required Strong knowledge of HACCP and SQF food safety standards and regulations Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
