Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Foreman to lead our team on-site and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Foreman will oversee daily associates, coordinate team activities, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead teams on-site Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Inspect work to ensure it meets company and regulatory standards Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or project plans (if applicable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to perform duties as needed on-site
